Botetourt Center at Greenfield is a 480+ acre business park zoned for light and restricted medium industrial uses and office sites with flexible sites available, up to 200 acres or more.  A 15 acre pad site (pad sized to accommodate a 65,000 square foot building) is available in park.  Engineering plans are available to expand the pad to 130,000 square feet depending upon the buyer’s specifications.
